Well here is the almost finished project. Still need to tighten and steam the leather. As well as adjust the letters and bowtie. Version 2.0 is already in the works!

What do I say here? who left the door open for you to wander in????? just kidding. the bottom of the panel looks about right but try the dog bone on your next attempt and take the top L/R up a bit and you should find a couple support braces in the 2 / 10 positions center...
Grab a multi purpose tool (dremmil) or zip thinging you young guys call it. I tryed to wrap the first few times and gave up...lifes to short for that...it helps to have a sign shop at our disposal as well. if I can help let me know.
