I'd like to view the 10,000 links posted but............. none will load?
(must be the 3,000,000 extra people on the net today cause it snowed that would usually be out running around?)

I'd like to have one of the '00 Pace cars. I've seen the Gordon and Intimidators on ebay. But I've been too busy buying Monte literature to afford them.

I have the Intimidator SS die cast, also. LadyT got it for me just after I got the real thing. It's surrounded by TRUCKS!

This is most of what we have out on display. Just a fraction of the collection. Most are 1:64 for room reasons.

Manna, what is the red Monte pace car you have displayed? As you can see, we have the three Richmond "Chevy Rock & Roll 400" pace cars.

How much can Monte literature be? My goodness, I didn't pay all that much for all of these:

You probably got those when they were new, right?

I had the '00, '04, '06', and '07 Monte Sales Brochures. Got them new at the dealer. SOMEHOW.......... I got 3 of the '04 Sales Brochures? Not sure how that happened?

But I wanted the '01, '02, '03, & '05 Monte Sales Brochures so I had to buy them. Most came off ebay.

As did the '00 - '07 Full Line Sales Brochures that include the Monte Carlo.

Plus two Press Release kits for the '06 GM line-up. The Monte got little coverage in these. An '06 Impala/Monte only Press Kit. There's also an Impala/Monte only album dealers got.

Then I also found an '00, '01 & '06 Dealer albums. They include every car sold that partcular year. I found '04 & '05 Dealer albums but the seller wanted $50 each. TOO steep for me. I got outbid, the guy who got them is now selling each section for $20 each. I'd pay $20 for the entire album but not just one section. He can keep them. And he's done the same with an '07 Dealer album he must have got off ebay.

I also bought '86 literature like the Full Line Brochure and a Towing Brochure.

And there's other things I bought for '00 - 07 Montes.

At the '07 ColumbusGoodgoys event I bought a press release album for the '00 Pace car Monte that Jay Leno drove.

This is a sample of what I've found.

I feel you RJ.

I have a good friend that will buy anything Star Wars or Roger Clemens because he wants to be the collector that has EVERYTHING every made.

I could be a stupid bubble gum or candy wrapper, but that is what he prides himself in.
