Default Interior color code location

Anyone know where I can find the color code for my interior. I found a set of Impala SS headrests that tell the code but I dont know what mine is. They look darker. Impala has two light colors wher MC only has one. I am assuming they will interchange from same year. Thanks

i believe this is the site that you could look up the rpo codes, production numbers, and what not. i bought the headrests for my car and the headrests look slightly darker as well. it might be that the seats faded from the sun and the headrests havent because theyre new. idk. not super noticeable with the black interior. idk how itll look with the light interior.
on a side note i wonder how rare your car is. since you have the black amethyst with the tan interior.

lol just noticed its the same site posted above. also gmls4.com i think they posted a list of the rpos, and i think the rpos are located on the trunklid in the car.

yeah the matching options is deceiving. id look at interior color and body color. its an 07 only color and i assume it was extra cost. never seen one in person in that color. i believe mine was 1 of 1500. i think there numbers are exact.

I found the sticker in the trunk. It says 83I which is what the Impala headrests are stated as being. They just look different but pics can be deceiving. I think I worded it wrong above, here is what it stated:

Rarity...
There are 1 2007 MONTE CARLO SS vehicles (0.017%) matching your exact options list. There are 2 (0.033%) with at least as many options.

MonteMan-did you get the complete headrest set for that-both sides? They are on Ebay now, no bids. $39.95 with 25 shipping. How do you find out the part numbers on them.

yeah she bought them from the chevy dealer. it was 206 for both headrests with the posts and everything. 35 is butt cheap. i couldnt find them anywhere used when i was looking for them. i posted the part number in a different thread if you search headrests in this section, or the forum in general it should come up. the part number i had is for the black ones though. you could call the dealer, but for some reason they wanted the vin number of an impala to look up the part number. i just got a vin off of a black interior impss. you might want to check on the impala site and ls1 tech in the ls4 section. look in the classifieds its probably going to be impossible to find a tan pair.
