The strobes in the roof wing, and rear wing are cool..definitely a head turner at any show or on the street...I'm sure the reserve is going to be quite high.

I'll be watching the bidding for sure. This is one car I would buy even if its overpriced if I had deep pockets.

+ you would have to have a garage (w/heat & a/c: ), plus you would have to hire a guard when you were away from it...It's going to be interesting to see what it goes for, `if they don't have a reserve....

Wow. That picture brings back memories. That "Deep Pockets" is actually a slot machine. We used to have them at the casino I work at.

I would love to buy that pace car. Kinda wish I had the money to buy it.

I wonder if that was the same car that was sold at Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale? I wonder if the buyer bought it to flip it.

That thing is flippin' sweet! Its all done right! $10,000 seems good to me, but the reserve isn't even met and who knows how high it will go. I didn't like the roof spoiler until I saw the strobes, which totally make it worth it. But I'd miss the trunk space too - seems horribly inefficient. Hopefully it is purchased by somebody passionate who joins The Forum. Would love to see more of that one...

I just assumed that the pace cars were mechanically just a stock car. But you know what they say about assuming. I'm kinda curious if they did any mechanical improvements too.

I'm thinking that it might have been tuned but I could be wrong.
