Hello guys, I'm not sure if anyone has brought this up or not but does anyone know if a 7th gen rear bumper will fit a 6th gen Monte? It looks as it will *except the tailpipes* But the tailpipes could be taken care of pretty easily. Id love to see if this can be done and then the front end? hmmmmmmm IF anyone has tried or heard of someone trying it, give me a buzz.... thanks a ton...Michael...

Tried to find the EXACT angles, but no luck, closest I could get... BUT (no too) surprisingly the OVERLAY fits pretty well.....

 

Yes they can be swapped. Trunks are even the same.

We even have a thread with pictures of the front end swap.

 

I've got an order for a 7th gen LTZ rear bumper shipping here in a few days. I'll get you some fit pictures once it's on and painted.

 

i had planned to buy a 7th gen after i got my 6th gen paid off. i mite just swap the bumpers

Hello folks. I got side swiped the other day sitting at a stop sign. I am in need of a 6th gen rear bumper. They are hard to find. I might try the 7th gen on my 6th gen then.

 

What about the front bumper? Interchangeable?
