I had problems with defrost not blowing totally out of the top position. I just had another blend door replaced 2nd time in 2 yrs on passenger side. Now defrost halfway works when selector is for feet position. They want to tear out whole unit under dash to see if there's a flap stuck. HELP I think they're trying to take advantage of me.
