Wow! That's the same thing I went through when I test drove the 2007. I'm 5'10" and I had to adjust the seat like crazy! I thought I was imagining things when I sat in the car, and my head eerily almost touched the roof!

dont forget though that its a sportier car than the common 4 door out there so the roof line is going to be lower...but if i have no problems and i'm 6'9" i'm sure it should be good for everyone else ...i haven't met too many people taller than me

I had a 2001 Monte SS with a sunroof. I have to admit, that was the one thing I didn't like about the car. I always could brush my hair on the roof because of the sunroof. The only way I could give myself enough room was to tilt the seat back and of course with it in the lowest position. This at least gave me enough room where I wasn't brushing my hair on the headliner.

I swore I would never have another sunroof (which I hardly used anyway) because of the head clearance.

Mu next Monte was a 2004, no sunroof, and the head clearance is much better, no problem at all. My current car (07) no sunroof is also fine.

I don't really care for sun roofs either.

My father once owned a car with a sun roof (no cover) and you could not get away from the sun no matter which direction you turned.

The first and only real time I used the sun roof in my '06 Monte was at the Monte @ MIS event last month.

6'9"? Wow!!! After that test drive I think I need to test drive another one with a sunroof so I get the feel again, lol!
