I used to think 1st gen, but now I'd lean toward 3rd gen.

i wouldsay the third gens are hardest to find at least in decent shape. early second gen is probably also difficult to find by early second gen i mean pretty much just the 73. odd ball years are next to impossible to find body panels for and should be avoided. trust me i know.

I think eventually (if not already) the surviving first gens will outnumber the the surviving third gens. The first gens are more in demand, more likely to be taken care of and/or restored.

I'd have to say either the 1st gen or 3rd gen.

3rd gen for sure.

The FGMCC (First Generation Monte Car Clob) Has a pretty big following and ussually show up in force...that rarely can be said about the 3rd gen, ussually 1 or 2 are a lot even at an all monte event.
