Easy quick and preferably free mods

I'm house sitting at my GF's for the weekend and they have a garage with a pretty decent tool collection. Ive already fixed all of the major problems with my baby and I'd love to make use of the time i got to work on her. As the title said, any suggestions on some easy things i can do to my monte to either make her look or run better? They've got plenty of soaps waxes and cleaners(plastic, leather, etc.) so im gonna shien her up real good once its all done lol.

Cleaning under the hood really well always helps during working on it so you don't have so much dirt in the way. Also good for the sensors not to be very dirty in the areas.

Did that earlier in the summer, i was thinking about cleaning and painting it to match my engine cover, but it seems red spray paint is the only thing they dont have here...

its a good time to find little projects that need the work.

Example, painting your windshield wiper arms with some fresh paint.

Two words: weight reduction. The theory is that for every 100lbs lost, you go a tenth of a second faster down the 1/4 mile. And I think that most of us here could at least lose a few pounds through diet and exercise :D (I know I could, lol).

I was gonna suguest some interior paint mods but I looked at your garage and you have nothing left to paint. I'd work on cleaning everything up real good like Chibi said.
