Can anyone make a list...
Of interchangeable parts between the holden 3.8 and the GM 3800??
Or can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find one?? Doesnt have to be direct bolt on but something.. Also, is the holden 3.8 a ecotec 3.8?? EDIT: Sorry about the double post. You can delete the other thread I made// |
I can't be of any help here. Only thing I know is that the LIM bolt pattern is the same since the Yella Terra whipple adapter bolts to the US l67.
I only post because I'm curious what you're looking for from AUS? There are a zillion 3800s in the US both FWD and RWD, seems odd to want to deal with getting parts from 3.8s over there. |

Turbo Monte has his fuel injector set up from a holden for sale (or at least it used to be for sale). He's spent a lot of time on the holden set up, I would imagine he could help you know.

Turbo Monte is now using the LIM and upper intake from a Holden on his Monte. The fuel rails he was selling were something custom made.
As for valve covers, a L36 can use the aluminum valve covers found on a 3800 powered Camaro/Firebird. I am running a set of those (previous owner cleaned them up and clear coated them, looks pretty sweet). Bumpin covered my curiosity as to why you are interested in Holden parts lol. |
