3rd Gen. interior lighting

Hey, I'm just wondering if any other 3rd gen. owners or anyone who would know for sure could confirm that the1979 Monte Carlo had a feature called "theatre lighting", where the interior lights stay on for a bit, and then slowly dim out after you close the doors. I am still having the interior lighting problem, but I have found a module that I believe might be the theatre lighting control, but since it doesn't work properly, I don't know for sure. So I'm just hoping anyone else can tell me that that's what it is. Thanks.

Have you tried asking this question on the NMCOA web site or MonteSS site?

I really can't asnwer your question about the lighting feature on 3rd gen Montes but perhaps someone on one of those Monte web sites can?

Another source to ask might be Mike from Mike's Montes. mike has his own web site also.
