Default 20 mpg normal?

As the title says, is 20 mpg normal in our cars? Or do I have a problem? I do burn rubber every now and then. The car is mostly on cruise control going to work mon-thurs and barely moves on the weekend. 3800 n/a... I think it may be running rich, cant really tell if the catted zzp downpipe makes it smell funny or what.

I got 33mpg on the interstate in my Monte. Spent about 50-60 miles of that trip pushing 90 with the flow of traffic through Knoxville. I got right at 30 with the 04 Dale Jr (with the L67) and the GTP that I had. Probably got around 20 or so in town I reckon.

My N/A 3800 I get 25 mpg with 70% highway 30% city. I could do better if I didn't like to feel that engine from time to time :P

Mine is about 40% town 60% highway and my trip computer says I'm getting 27.8 mpg, well when I was driving it before winter hit that is, and mine is a 05 supercharged that I run 92 octane in.

Is it stock?

...I guess something is definitely up with mine if I'm getting such poor MPG's.
Besides the simple mods, a complete tune up was done in the fall.

All I have is zzp downpipe, mufflers removed, resonator removed, and a custom intake. I changed the spark plugs and wires no moer than 5k miles ago, thinking o2 sensors
