ZZP 1.0 PCM flash?

Who has sent their PCM to ZZP and got the PCM flash from ZZP?

Also does it work good, and did you have any problems?

About how long did the process take (taking your PCM out and sending it to ZZP and getting it back)?

Just buy a PCM from a wrecker for $60 from either:

03/04 Impala
03 GA
03/04 Monte.

They are all compatible... then send that one in to get reflashed for your model with ZZP 1.0 code, and then you have your original stocker as a spare, and you won't have any downtime.

Meh, I really didn't notice a change myself but increased KR with my DHP one. I got my tuner and I'll be happy once I figure it out.

The bad thing with the HP Tuner I have is nothing is really self explanitory in it.

DAM I am trying to get ready to do some mods to my monte this spring. I thought the PCM flash would help reduce knock not increase it.

I want to go for a smaller pulley and I don't want to hurt my engine.

I will be getting a CAI, 180 thermostat, colder spark plugs, and I thought I was ready for atleast a 3.5 pulley

I am really unsure about this

I'm not familiar with the ZZP tune, only the DHP and I wan't impressed.

The best thing you can do before you drop a pulley is get a scanner or find someone near you that has one.

It's one of those things that seems like you pay way too much for the payoff when the opposite is true. The scanner is one of the best things you can do for your car.
