Tremec Transmissions: Yay or Nay?

Hey everyone,

I was looking on craigslist, and found this.
5sp Tremec Transmission
I was just wondering if something like this would be able to be put on my '70 Monte Carlo with a 350 v8. I know absolutely nothing about Tremec, so any advice is good advice.

I have not heard of them before. Here is some info I found. Good enough for a corvette, I guess it would be fine for a Monte!! :)
