Transmission Noise Help

Any one have any idea what causing this noise is? You can hear it the best just at the end of the video

Its coming from my Transmission bell housing area on the front side its the loudest up near the starter. I have used my stethyscope and cannot pinpoint where it is coming from. My mechanic stopped by yesterday and he had no idea and said he's never heard it.

2002 Monte Carlo with 4t65e transmission and 3.8l engine. It started after replacing the dipstick tube and topping off the fluid. The fluid is at the correct level with the engine running. The noise doesn't change with acceleration and the car drive fine and shifts fine.

I was supposed to go to the dyno tomorrow for a tune...but think I'm going to have to cancel now til this is figured out.

Under acceleration... does the sound disappear?
Why did you have to replace the dipstick tube?
Is there possibly a peice of the dipstick tube still stuck inside the transmission?

It sounds like theres possibly the inspection cover rubbing on the flex plate... Or the flex plate could possibly be failing....

I know you said it doesnt change under acceleration...But if its comeing from the bell houseing.... things are spinning around in there...I would be hard pressed to think that the sound doesnt speed up or slow down...while driveing..
