Xp cam e85 l67 only makes 255whp?
So yeah my e85' gen 3' 3.2 pulley' (xp cam supposed bought used) 130 pac springs' ls7 lifters' I checked push rod length and installed the 6.95 push rods and have speed daddy headers. 3 inch exhaust all the way out will only put down 252 hp and 318 tq and was tuned by dyno tune motor sports. Has 18* wot ..
Nothing while on the rollers threw up a red flag to him or i as to why it seams to be under powered. Has 60 lb injectors and aem e85 pump. Duty cycle on the injectors were only at 55%. Every once in a while i will get a blimp of Kr but never triggers my alarm on the tq app. In a couple conversations and brain storming sessions were thinking i might have a vs cam. Best track pass was 13.98 @ 97 mph. 2.0 60 foot. So i still think i am leaving power on the table.

A few things I can think of:
-what kind of dyno, what kind of correction? Thinking it might be a tough dyno, but the 1/4 mile mph is pretty low too.
-why a 3.2" pulley? Seems a bit big to me especially cam + e85.
-is 18 degrees all they could put into it, or is that just where they stopped? Not that I think adding a bunch more timing would help, just trying to get an idea if a pulley drop is reasonable or not.
-did you check the E content?

I believe my tuner uses a dyno jet. It was originally tuned with a 3.5 pulley and had 16 deg of timing because of knock. I found a leaking intake valve seat and corrected the problem that setup made 230hp and 268 tq.
After i I fixed the problem on the 3.5 I made 252 and 318 tq with 18 degs.
I have dropped pulleys to a 3.2 but haven't returned. I can't run a 3.0 because the engine will stall when slowing down to a stop but my iac go to 0 and won't come back up and it kills the car. I am wondering if my 3.2 setup with 252 hp is par for the course of do I stall have a problem?

It had knock on E85 on a 3.5"? Must've been pretty jacked up.

I don't have any personal experience with that large of a pulley on that kind of combo (e85, cam, big pulley). My gut feeling says it's low on power though. A maxed XP setup is good for 350+ whp.
If you suspect mechanical / sealing issues, check for vacuum leaks and do compression / leak down tests. If that all comes back good and you've got no misfires or anything, I'd stick that 3.0 back on there and have it tuned with that.

Yes all tuning was done with the 3.5 pulley and the power gain was because of a leaking intake valve seat not sealing. Tuner did not want to dial anymore timing due to the fact my iat was getting close to 250degs. ( I have a sensor in my lower intake post blower) So after I got home I installed my 3.2 and found I then had a leaking Bbv. Replaced the valve and still have the 3.2 on and I don't see any knock. Every now and again I might see a blimp. But I am still waiting for a tuner.

Well that's not so bad, 250 whp on a 3.5" is pretty solid. For sure the only thing holding you back is pulley size once the mechanical issues are fixed.
I'd probably take it to the tuner on the 3.0" and see how that does. You can always bring the 3.2" to swap if needed.
Not sure why they'd be worried about IAT though. You don't have an IC, so it's going to be hot. It'll go up substantially on the 3.0. As long as the engine is making good power and isn't knocking, there shouldn't be an issue. That's part of the benefit of running E85/ race gas - you can get away with a lot more crazy of a setup than pump gas would ever be able to handle.
