Pics of my new exhaust setup
Hey guys, I got my exhaust done today! It sounds tight! I went with Aero-Turbine stainless mufflers, kept the oem piping. Since the rear bumper was molded for a dual exhaust setup, I got dual mufflers welded on. The sound is great, exactly what I wanted, a noticeable tone but not obnoxious. Did I get any gains? Well, of course I didn't get it dyno'd, but the butt dyno says yes. It could be all in my head due to the new sporty sound it's got, but it feels like it accelerates a bit harder than it did. I hope that's the case, and I hope the free flowing design gives me a little more mpg as well. Here are some pics:

He's got the piping done and the muffler hung, now he's welding the piping to the Y adaptor.

First muffler done!

Here is a close up of the muffler and double wall, angle cut, oval tip

And here's the finished product, sitting in front of my house

A head on shot from behind, looks good huh?
