Engine Swap 3400 to 3800 Supercharged

I have a '02 MC LS and i wanted to start messing around with it to get more performance. After doing some research i found out that i can do jacksquat to my 3400 engine. so if i wanted to swap in a supercharged 3800 what do i need to know. do i need new engine mounts? and will my components (water pump, oil pump, alternator, etc....) from the 3400 work with the SC 3800?
