If you have the original radiator fan setup where it's attached to the water pump and you have a shroud then you don't need the electric fans. You should be able to install the new radiator without the electric fans. If you want a "clean" looking engine compartment for show and delete the fan then you don't need the shroud, however, auxiliary electric fans work better at pushing air through the radiator rather than sucking it through. With that in mind, if you have air-conditioning, the electric fans may interfere with the AC condenser.
Another consideration is properly powering the auxiliary electric fans. I've seen lots of setups where the fans are powered directly from the battery. That may be the easy way to hook it up but it's not only amateurish, it could be hazardous and lead to an electrical fire. The fans should be wired to a power relay with each fan motor having its own fuse. The main power lead to the relay should be wired to the main junction block and should also be fused. The wires should be one size larger than what the specs call for, for instance, if the specs/installation instructions say to use 16ga wire, you should use 14ga wire. The fan motors need to be well grounded. Redundant (multiple point) grounding is advised. By the way, the aluminum radiator should also have it's own grounding strap to prevent electrolysis which causes the aluminum to erode and leads to leaks and premature failure. Your alternator should be upgraded to a 12SI model to supply the added current while not generating too much heat in the alternator.
