3.4 HELP
 

I'm sick of wasting my time trying to find cheap and effective power adders for my 04 3.4 Liter. It seems as if thereare no power adders out there, except for the wizaired CAI. Can anyone tell me of any power adders or am I just out of luck.

Power Adder= boost or injection... IE turbo, Supercharger, NOS.

under the bolt-on catagory:
-Cold air intake: wizaired
-Throtle body upgrades: (60degreev6.com)
-Intake manifold swap (3500 manifold info at 60degreev6.com)
-cam shaft (60degreev6.com)

-headers for exhaust: these have to be custom/modified from the grand am's
-full cat back exhaust.... have a local shop make it from scratch... will be cheeper then anything you can find online or sold as kit.
-tuning: DHP or HPTuners. pcm tuning will yield good power.

*** all the above should give you what you want. if you want real power turbo is the way to go with this motor. turbo, tuning, and trany upgrades would make that car fly. RSM usedto make a Centrifical Super charger kit for the car. it looks like a turbo but is belt driven as all SC's are.

as more from the list above, dont forget all purpose gains... resonator delete from the exhaust with a high flow cat is a BIG one if you have exhaust work done. Also, i contacted ZZP and they are able to flash our PCM's (I also have a 3400), and reprogram them to run faster. I plan on doing this as soon as I get the spare money here... so, if youd like Ill do a write-up on it when I get it done. heres a better question... how much are you wanting to spend?

Centrifical SuperCharger = turbo on a stick.

Vita, you said you have a 3400 and next to your picture it says you have a K&N CAI. i didn't know that K&N made one for the 3400, or did you make it fit? Was it hard to do and does it work well?

i love it... they do have a K&N CAI, its not easy to find, but they do make them.

its the drop down menu, select 3400 series. I also got the 4 inch K&N cone!
