Radiator Fan Problems
For about a year now my radiator fans havent worked, but with the fact the 80% of my driving is highway and my hood scoop pulls in plenty of air I havent had any problems so i havent bothered to fix it. When I first got my car scanned for my CEL the only problem was something about the fan control module if i remember correctly, the code isnt important. With my free time I've decided to fix every little problem i can find, and it turned out all that was wrong with the fans was a fuse.
I replaced it yesterday, didnt have any problems until about 5 minutes ago when my CEL popped back on. Fuse blew again, so theres obviously a real problem. After consulting my owners manual i noticed something odd which is shown in the attatched picture.
The red box is the fuse that keeps blowing, a 25 amp. The blue box is a fuse my car didnt have to begin with, and when i place a fuse in it, the lights in my gauge cluster dont turn on. So here's my questions...
1. FANT CONT #1 (blue box) does not have a fuse, never has, and when it does my interior lights dont work, should i put a fuse in and deal with no gauge lights? and is this a whole new problem for me to toy with?
2. FAN CONT #2 & #3 ( red box) keeps blowing, will i destroy anything if i up it from a 25 amp to a 30?
3. Could a faulty relay be the cause of the FAN CONT #2 & #3 fuse blowing?
4. When i replaced my LIM gasket a few months back i also replaced my fan array, thinking that would solve my issue. Is it possible that the aftermarket fans draw more power and thus blow the fuse?
Thanks in advance for the help guys.

Yeah i just replaced all 3 relays and added that fuse, now the fans are workin fine, I CAN FINALLY USE MY AC! I noticed my CEL was still on though had em scan it at auto zone and im throwing PO480 (Cooling fan 1 control circuit malfunction) which should go away once i unplug the battery for awhile. I also have PO420 (Cat efficiency under threshold) which is bothering the hell out of me considering last year i bought a zzp pipe with a new cat... I'll probably start a new thread for that one... Although im thinking i might just need to spray the O2 sensors with some brake cleaner.
