01 monte ss overheating

Default 01 monte ss overheating
our 01 monte overheated. nothing is leaking and coolant is good.. pulled the code and it was for #3 cooling fan relay... got a diagram and found fuse blown.. someone had already replaced it so i poped another in it. checked today it was blown again.. anyone know if these fans are natoreous for breaking or what?
