is it possible to tint clear plastic? reason asking is im looking to tint the lense that goes over my OEM instrument cluster for looks as well as i have those euro guages that glow bright blue and glare on my glasses and make it a pain to drive at night.

i called the local tint shop and they told me it wont stick and they also wont sell me a scrap piece or short piece to do it myself. buncha terds oh well ima still try anyway

thanks for that space d00d, i tried it on the last lense and it was wayyyyyyyyy too dark even after one coat, so i went to the junkyard and had to buy a whole cluster just to get the lense and this time i wanna use the film. i appreciate the help tho man

Have you looked for DIY tint at parts stores or Walmart, I have seen tint at some of those places in the past. It was in differant tint percentages as well.
