ok everyone
im taking my monte carlo ss emblems off and sticking SS'S like the 06-07 montes have on what you all think?.......

i bought them allready im just wondering if anyone has any ideas about the trunk lid.should i clear all out and just leave ss or leave montecarlo on one side and the new SS emblem on the other side?

did you get the ss badge from the colbalt trunk? the ss like on the 06-07 mc/impala is too big for the sides i think and kinda look mismatch with the monte carlo emblem. if you can get one from the colbalt trunk it might looks better cause it's smaller. i would leave the trunk clean looking.

 

i just left the chevy logo in the back, pulled the words from the trunklid. on the sides im going to have the emblems taken off too, but im going to have a similar look and wording hand painted by a guy in my area who has been doing it for many years on cars, im trying to think of something. maybe monte carlo SS in a different font, or i might have boSS put on the sides, since thats the theme im gonna go for on my car....even got that on the license plate.

 

 

silverbullittya i got the 3 SS'S like the cobalts........now looking at yours i like it clean on the back..i might have to go with the way you have
and just stick teh other 2 SS's on teh sides at teh front on the doors.?

the other way i was thinking was clear all teh ones that are on now and just use the SS's sides and one in teh back with the chevy emblem where it is now?
but i still like the way silverbullitt's looks

 

manny where did you buy the emblems at.. i put a thread out about a week ago askin where i could get them at and i couldnt find them anywhere.. i got a 02 ss and i wanna throw another ss sign on my trunk

If i ever get a turbo for my monte, im gonna get the supercharged logo painted on, with an x painted over the super and turbo airbrushed on above it lol

 

it was a smashed cobalt .i went in and justscrape them off the car at the junk yard ..no charge cause they fit nice in my pocket lol...ebay has them for 16 each
