Thanks for the response. I still haven't got around to fixing my axles! Parked my car in my garage with the intention of doing it but haven't messed with it. I have the axles/half shafts, just need the time to get working on it lol.

I also plan to replace the struts with the AGX and SSC springs. Do you have any pics before and after of your Monte?

My car had the same issue. I knew it wasn't the ball joints/control arms because they were only 6 months old( PAIN IN THE *** TO REPLACE) So I had my transmission and motor mounts looked at. Those needed to be replaced, it helped a lot! but still vibrated a little. had the front wheel bearings changed with tempkin USA bearnings, again helped more but still had a slight vibration at 60. Turns out my tires were unevenly worn, due to my bad ball joints that I used to have. Still need to replace the tires but I sure as hell don't have $700 handy right now lol.

Have you tried rotating the front wheels to the rear of the vehicle? If the vibration is getting progressively worse you may have a belt seperating in a tire. It would be a real bummer to go through all that work changing your axles only to find the problem still there. Since the car sits a lot of the time you may also have a flat spot on one of the tires.

Yeah I've rotated the tires a lot and no change

Usually when its going to be sitting for more than a few days, I put it up on jack stands. So I'm guessing the tires are fine? Not totally sure though. I need to start replacing so I can hopefully narrow down my issue. Just started school so I probably won't touch it until this semester's over

No need to do that with modern tire technology. If you are TRULY concerned you can put a couple extra PSI into the tire for it to sit, but really no need to jack it up and make the suspension have to settle again.

oh ok, it's not on stands just because it's sitting, it's usually because there are numerous parts off of it

Actually, play at 9&3 is the tie rod, 12&6 is bearing or ball joints.
