Would a camber kit be required to get a proper alignment done with the 1.7/1.5 lowering spring or would the car be able to be aligned with the existing suspension components?

No you do not need a camber kit at that drop. I'm not running one. Just make sure you get an alignment relatively soon after the new parts are installed.

Awesome! Thanks for the info. BTW, I love how your car looks lowered.

Here is a link from the LS Tech site and how he made coil overs for our cars with Koni and old AGX parts.

I actually still have my old KYB AGX struts if someone would want to buy them to use on a project like this.

My Koni Coilover build - LS1TECH

Don't know if you still have those struts but how many miles are on them if you do? I'm on the fence on lowering mine but from what I've read people are using those Canuck springs and some have those bilstein Hd struts that aren't available anymore or the ones you have? Any other recommended options on struts to use?

On my other monte I had canuck motosports lowering springs, I almost switched them over then I was told that the intimidator edition had performance suspension so I left them with the old car when I traded it in.
