2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS | HS - Monroe Build Thread

Applause to the staff of MCF, I believe the "Showcase Your Ride" section is a great addition and will better allow new members to show their rides as well as inspire them on new ideas!

To start things off, I'll post some boring background information

I bought my car from the local salvage yard for $2,250. It had a wrecked front end and some rust issues (Caused cracks within the paint). We disassembled it a few days later and fixed some minor issues here and there. Around the time I was 16, I sent her to the local body shop to bring her back to life. They had to paint and mount the 2 new fenders, Front Bumper, and Hood. Other parts that needed replaced were Hood Latch, Both Headlights, and a few other miscellaneous items. The whole process only took about a week (less if I remember right) and about $1,500.
Since then, she has gotten a new fuel filter, water pump, coolant elbows, hood hinges, tires, brakes, struts, MAF sensor, Axle Shaft, and I'm sure there's more I will think of later.

I will edit this post periodically for updates on the build!
