OK - all you performance guys and girls out there. My Michigan 2006 Monte Carlo LTZ has a muffler with a hole in it. I hear that's normal on these cars. The left side one. The local muffler shops can't get new ones. I can't afford a aftermarket exhaust system as they are all way above $700.00! Does anyone have a take-off exhaust they would cut the mufflers off and sell them to me? I figure I can 'splice' in one between the muffler and where it makes the bend near the center of the car. There's about a foot of straight pipe there. And can you give me a price for both? Cause the right side must be getting close too.
