Need to fix rust on wheel well
Can anyone tell me how to go about doing it? Rust is on 2 of my wheel wells and it on the under lip but one side is moving toward the side of my car. I cannot afford a shop to do it. Metal looks wavy instead of straight on the lip part where its rusting.
Also any suggestion on how to make my car stand out from other 6th gen white monte ss on the road? I had red checkers on it but it looked trashy in my opinion, possibly racing stripes? Maybe somemone good with photoshop can help

You're mostly screwed when it comes to rust in the wheel wells. If it's only surface rust you can grind that down and to bare metal and re-paint. But if it's rusted all the way through and bubbling which it sounds like it's doing then the only good way to fix it is to cut out the rusty spot and weld in a new patch... but that means shop work
