The door mouldings? Yes, they are just adhesive tape and easily removable. Don't park beside anyone

Totally agree with Brent, the door moldings have saved my door on more than one occasion from people parking beside me at work and at the mall. I now park behind my work where there are only 4 or 5 other cars. Easy to use rubbing compound and in one case a small dab of touch up paint to fix the spots, but still I would rather they not have happened.

NOPE! They have screw holes too. Only reason I still have mine, don't want to get the holes filled yet.

On the 5th gens it's just adhesive, and starting in 2005 they removed them from the factory, but for us 00-04 people, they have holes on each end.

THIS

Not sure if it's screw holes, but there are holes there, I think just for alignment... That being said the only car I have had them off of before is a '10 impala, so that may be different.

I can confirm that the 5th Gen is just adhesive on cause mine are trying to lift and the body shop has not done a very good job of repairing it. So I did it my self I use a piece of wood to wedge into the molding from the garage wall and it is working so far. I recently spent some time hunting in a salvage yard they had several Montes and the 6th gen did have a hole where the molding had been attached. Just incase you need some info on the works of the car. I found my GM dealer can look it up and make you a print of the details of most anything on the Car. I f they say no they just don't want to?
good luck with your project.
