Got a Low pressure system still moving up the Easy coast with some rain and thunderstorms.
A VERY strong system in the midwest, looks like some Tornadoes are very possible for Texas up to Kansas, be careful everyone.

 

Good mornin' all & Happy Hump Day! The mercury didn't quite make it into the 80s yesterday but the mid 70s was pleasant after the 97° we had the day before. It looks like another mid 70s day is on the agenda for today. Enjoy...

Morning all, weighed myself this morning and i'm down about 10 pounds from the last time I weighed in a few weeks ago. Down to 191. Really hoping I can keep going Off to work soon, good day to work since its raining here.

Good Sunny Morning . Well the Sun is out for us right now! But rain & Thunderstorms are all around us this morning. So that means the Monte won't be going any place today . Have to use the wifes Cobalt to go Grocery shopping! This is the 1st time in 4 months that I was up early enough to post in the morning. Now that I'm on Central time. Had a busy day on Tueday with the yard work around the house. Pulled weeds and old dead flowers and bushes out. Thank God my daughter now has a trailer to put all that stuff into. Since I sold my truck the Cobalt is the family work horse. The Monte just sits in the garage and watchs us . She is a spoiled little thing . We watched a movie last night. Jack Reacher was a pretty damn good flick. Wife and I enjoyed it while eatting popcorn . I think I got to bed around midnight. When she came downstairs to wake me up from the couch . Ok coffee and shower are waiting. Later.............

I've recently lost a bit too(i know...like i need to) I gained a good 40lbs when I switched back from being vegetarian..Almost reached 170lbs at one point. So far I've dropped 15lbs in 3 months, been avoiding eating after 9pm & switching to water instead of soda.


Going into work later today..not looking forward to working truck. Had to switch with the store manager because he's got to do inventory in another store.

edit: ordered new ac-delco inner tie rod ends yesterday from rock auto. Not bad for $20 a pair...costs $30 each at work! I figured since i'm getting my alignment done when I get new tires, I'd change out the last component in the steering system along with the job. Still trying to trace down the click/clunk/pop sound. If its not it, oh well..better to be safe than sorry! Probably the shocks going bad..
