Good morning everyone.
Well, Monte Carlo Nationals is this weekend and I have the rest of the week off including today which I'm spending getting ready for the trip. 6 hour drive in the morning with Matt (Slugger088) tagging along with his 06 - good thing we gain an hour there. This one marks my first show of the year - then quite a few after this one.

Good morning everyone, had a great day yesterday, spent the entire afternoon out on Lake Ontario cruising around in one of the tall ships called the St. Lawrence 2.
St. Lawrence II - Brigantine Inc.
it is generally manned by a crew of 13 - 18 yr old students as a summer job to give them training on the water if they are trying to pursue a career in the shipping industry, it allows them to gain hours towards their captain's license if that is their intention and all around teaches them about working as a team. Our Regional Manager thought it would be a great team building exercise for people that were in a recent focus group, where management such as myself brought together our employees from different departments to show them exactly what everyone's role within the company was and how it actually works and effects their lives, and vice versa so that each part would have a better understanding of just how everything works together and how all parts need to function properly in order to ensure that our service are completed and customers are happy.
All in all it was a great day, I kept singing the song Sloop John B, mostly because I had to actually hoist up the main sails on the ship, as well as all the other sails. Everyone on board took part in ensuring the ship was able to sail under full sails and we did some maneuvers while on the water and a couple of safety drills for good measure.
A great team building exercise and highly recommend to anyone that ever gets the opportunity to attend something like that, jump on it
Now for something completely different, sorry had to do the Monty Python reference lol, back in the office today and have to give an inservice this afternoon, so it's back to the old grind lol
Hope everyone enjoys their day

Good Morning EV1!
Unfortunately.. I wont be making the Monte Nats this year...
So, I have to settle for doing the downriver cruise.
I will be leaving shortly to get things settled with Al at Al transmission where we will be parking during the cruise to see when he will be able to have things setup and where he would like us to park our Monte Carlo's..
Hopefully there will be quite a few Monte owners as well as Michigan Monte Carlo club members at the cruise!
Have a Great Day EV1!
Suppose to be perfect weather for the cruise this year!
See ya Saturday!
Heres a link with the info for the cruise should you choose to join us!

Afternoon all, seems someone is trying to sabotage my advancement here at work. My log book with all my progress over the last 6+ months has disappeared. Besides my logs it also had alot of valuable information that I needed this week with my manager being off.
