Bi-monthly Photo Contest "Flags"

This past summer I took this one at Domino's Farms, home of Domino's Pizza World Headquarters, in Ann Arbor. They have these flags that line the boulevard up to the building's main entrance which is directly behind me in the picture. That has to be an inspiring sigh to see, that many flags, wonderful.A few fun facts on the building - it's the World's longest linear office structure (almost a full kilometer) and has the World's largest copper-covered roof. The worlds longest building, Dominos? Who would have even guessed, wow a klick long. They must use golf carts and shuttle vans to move people about the facility if they want to get anywhere on time.

Good sky too. Yup! I'm impressed with a lot of great submissions for this one. The big dogs are coming out for Flags!

This is turning out to be a good one!
Yeah it's NE of Downtown Ann Arbor where US-23 and M-14 come together. It used to be two shorter buildings with a gap in the middle but they joined the two roughly ten years ago. Domino's occupies part of it and leases out the rest - one of the big tenants is the University of Michigan Health System. It's a pretty cool building. All the roof edges are lit at night with green neon. There's a large herd of bison and other various bull species that live on the property. Here's an aerial of the entire thing...

Here is my submission. You would think I would have tons of pics with my Montes with flags since I actually make American flags...LOL So I went out and moved the car in front of our building so I could get a pic of my Monte with one of the American flags I made!!

I find it kinda funny that the theme is "Flags", but everyone (including myself) have submitted "American Flags". We should have saved this theme for Independence Day or Memorial Day or somethin'
