I bought my Monte from my boss at work, and loving it! He had done several modifications to it and taken really great care of it. I'm looking to continue taking great care of it, so I figured I'll join this forum to get some ideas!

 

welcome to mcf!! im glad to hear you like your new monte!! post up some pics when you can. tell us a little about your new monte, is it a ss or ls? milage? year? what mods did the previous owner do?

 

Welcome to the forum! It's always good to hear from another happy Monte owner (and sounds like new Monte enthusiast).

 

Thanks guys! It's an '03 ls, modded to look like an ss. He swapped out the guages, rebranded the side, etc. Also installed heated leather seats, HID headlights and LED tail lights, and replaced all the lighting in the car with LEDs.

Since I've bought it, I've had it retinted (it was 5% all around, but I got pulled over for that within a week of owning it so I bumped it up to legal 35%). He had also installed a head unit with a 7" screen, I took it a step further and built a mini media computer that fits inside the dash with wifi, etc.

I'm excited to see some of the stuff people here have done, and this is the first time I've owned a car I could take some pride in. Looking forward to learning more in the future.
