Hi my name is Meech, I'm 36 and currently work at a shop as a beginner Mechanic. I go to school for it as well .So I'm still learning and I known I still have a long way to go. I own a 2000 Monte Carlo SS 3800 L36, W Body. I want a 83-88 MC/SS. But I'm here to see want I can learn about this model and see what people are doing performance wise to this model.

Hey hello Meech and welcome to the MCF! There will be a fair number of performance mods to be done. Guess the question is how broke do you want to go through life... But if you turn your own wrenches guess all you have to do is scab some parts here and there. Good luck, stay in touch guy...
