Greetings.
I'm a first time Monte Carlo owner. I recently purchased a 2003 LS, with about 145,000 miles on it, and I can already see that I'll have do a little research on a few problems that it has. We have 3 other Chevrolets, but none of them are in this year range. (1980 K-20 pickup, 2010 Traverse, and a 2011 Silverado, and a recently departed 2008 Impala). Hopefully I'll be able to contribute something to this forum as I learn a few things.

Sorry about taking so long to reply.
I have listened to some Greatful Dead over the years, on recordings, but I wouldn't qualify as a "DeadHead". I think a True DeadHead has to go to a lot of concerts, not shower very often, and have an "Old Lady" that doesn't shave her legs or armpits. The definition may have changed over the years, but that's the stereotypical version.
My self-titled screen name is a combination of being an old Railroader, enjoying old rock & roll, and according to my Wife, the density of my skull.
