There are "sticky" in the "how to" section explaining what to do:

Well, I thought they both were there!
2 ways for both. You can access both through the settings page in the radio. Your owners manual will tell you.
OR, turn the key to on, but don't start, and depress the gas pedal 3 times fully to reset the oil change light. Same thing for the tire pressure monitor, only it's the light switch 3x.
There is no reset for the coolant. It's either low, or the level sensor is faulty, or the connector to is is loose or bad.

Take it to an auto parts store and have them scan your OBDII port for what codes are being thrown. And don't worry about your fuel gauge right now, it's probably just the sending unit.

Fuel guage not working
http://m.autozone.com/engine-management/sensor-fuel-level
Mine wasn't working when I bought my car but it ended up being that the float had a hole in it. You can access the fuel pump from a panel behind the back seats once you pull up the carpet in the trunk. Warning though, it can be a bit tricky getting the fuel pump in and out...
