Default Loss of electrical power when brakes are applied, just installed new battery.

When I apply the brakes, my headlight dim, and my gauges dim. When my ABS clicks in my car will about die all together. Also when i am driving my cd player will shut off and turn on randomly. Somtimes it will blink on and off like its not getting enough power. Wiring looks good, Could it be the alternator? Any one know how to adjust the door allingment? Please help!?

if you installed a new battery and this still happened, i would go someplace that tests alternators..it should be free, and take about 5 minutes...
