How to replace oil pump/oil pan?

Default How to replace oil pump/oil pan?
2000 Monte SS 3800

Is there a documented article on this site on how to do this? I didn't see anything in how-to. Just wondering if anyone has done this already, I hear you have to drop the subframe and it's a big pain.

I'm not sure about what engine or car even that you're talking about, but on Monte's with 3800's you have to either pull the engine or lower/drop the cradle.

sorry I forgot to specify.

yeah the 3800. I know you have to hoist the engine but I was wondering if anyone has done this and possibly documented it.
