Clearly a breach in security protocol. The password is not being passed through the serial data link. If switch housing and battery are new and you tried the 30 minute re-learn (sometimes takes several attempts), it may be the chip inside the ignition lock cylinder, bad ground for the BCM or PCM, broken wire in the circuit, faulty BCM or PCM, with highest likelyhood in that order.

Fixed!!!! so found out that my anti theft system was the cause of the crank no start!!! I took the car to brakes plus and they reprogrammed the bcm with some software that was missing"supposably" the cost was 400. i feel like it was too much money spent for it but at least i have it back on the road!!

Glad to hear you're up and running.
Surprised a brake shop has the scan tool and GM diagnostic software subscription which can be pretty spendy. Maybe they just did the $55, 2 day subscription. That's the only way to re-write a BCM. The other option would have been to buy a new BCM ($125 on eBay) and have it programmed, but after the charge for programming which doesn't require the subscription would have been about the same. Either way you look at it you're paying for the cost of the expensive equipment and/or subscription necessary to do the job.
Thanks for the follow up
Here's the breakdown on GM's subsciptions:
