If so is it hard to install? Also, is there someplace that shows how to install it? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yup I bought, it's very easy to install. The kit comes with instructions on how to install it, and the owner of the company is a great guy that will help you if you have any questions. If I remember correctly, it just plugs in near the OBDII port near the pedals.
