Question Question about exhaust...

Hey guys! I've just got a quick question about the exhaust. I planning on turning my straight pipe into a dual exhaust with a magnaflow muffler on it. But I don't know the first thing about what parts I need to create a complete exhaust system, any help or a list of parts that I would need would be greatly appreciated and as always thanks!

I'm pretty sure, you can get this pipe picked up, attach your mufflers + tips to the one end, and get it welded after the resonator on the other end, and you'll be good to go.

Have a chat with your local exhaust shop, see if they can just fab everything up for you for cheaper, or if you should order the pipe and just ship it to them.

This is where the exhaust shop would probably be better. They can most likely just use the piping that they own, and bend you a custom exhaust, weld the mufflers you want, and the tips you want and it be cheaper.

Chibi's right. I work at a Parts Store so I supplied the tubing. But the exhaust shop custom bent and welded my exhaust from the catback for $200. You could probably do it all in stainless for another $300 in parts. Hard for me to estimate. You guys get stuff cheap in the States...

The shop around here will do it for about 100 bucks...and then attach mufflers at added cost. But its easy.

stainless pipe is running about $10 a foot right now so with mufflers that would probably be in the ballpark. I had to buy 6 feet just to run from my headers back to the first bend.
