Default wow, a convertable 6th gen monte!

thats right, i couldnt believe it, so i had to pause the video and rewind it, just to pause it on screen to carefully examine to see if that was actually a monte carlo......and indeed, it was. it was a drop top 6th gen monte with 26" rims at least......look at murphy lee's music video "my shoes" its a red monte.....you get a good shot of it right at the end of the video, about 3 min. and 20 seconds into the video.

it has the hood, the lights, and the grille of a monte.....wow.

believe it or not, i actually like the look of it, minus the amazingly huge rims. give me a set of 18" and i'd drive that all day. here is a link to the video....

the music video

Managed to grab a screen cap with the windows snipping tool.

The convertible top looks sharp.

I agree with the general consensus here. Not my style either, and to me removing the top takes away from the lines of the 6th gens. The roof is an important part of the style, unlike her sister car the Impala. And the wheels aren't TOO bad, but 2" smaller woulda been nicer. At least it's not lifted to 4x4 status!
