RK sport kit installed!
Hey it's been a little while, figured I'd try and wait till the bugs were worked out, so here's my latest addition!
Finally finished. Take a look, it will stay this way until spring at least deciding whether I want it black or not. What do you think? Car needs a wash, and kit needs a wax. Looking at the pics makes me want to remove the "monte carlo" lettering I think.
Picked up one of these too... and it came painted that way.
Decided to go on the bottle too:

That looks real good. have you ever thought about blacking out the chevy symbol in the front grille and then the entire rear lights, so you would have asilver black almost two tone going, even though you really allready do though. just a thought, but it does look good.
and i would agree with you about the Monte badge, maybe paint it the color of your car and move it to the body kit, belose where it is now.

Wow that looks awesome. I think it needs painted the body color. Its too obvious that its not part of the body when its a different color, but I think it will blend in once you paint it.

Hi `Scott,
You have a Super Looking Monte Carlo.
I agree with the suggestions of the posted members.
How many miles are on your Monte ?
It looks showroom condition 4-Sure.

I vote that you paint it the same color as your car. It looks good now, just in my opinion needs to be the same color as the car. If you don't paint it body color then move the monte carlo down onto the body kit. Currently it is to high on the car with the body kit on. Also if you were to leave it black I would almost consider black racing stripes to bringit all together. Just some ideas.

Thanks for your feedback guys.
Definitely do need to black out that front bowtie.
This is interesting though, it seems to be split 50/50 of people on the forums (as well as a couple others) on whether I should keep it black or paint it to match.
Space - there are 98.7K on her right now.

looks good! I do agree with teacher on one point. it needs a little more black up top. if it was mine, id tint the windows to >20% and add some black on the top part (example, a single or twin thick racing stripe).
looks amazing, makes me want to get a kit for mine again.....

Thanks Enzo and Vita,
But I'm weird, I generally don't like tint (unless it's factory glass)
Not to mention it's illegal in IL to have any on the front windows, I know lots of people get away with it, but many people get ticketed too.
