I was jus doing a lil research and I had no clue that the Monte Carlo actually can factory with a turbo. Monte Carlo Turbo Sport Coupe. 1980-1981 they used the Buick Turbo 3.6L V6. only sold 3,027 in 81. I had no clue and have never seen one

Thanks, most people think or believe that the Aero coupe is the most rare Monte, (which I did as well) Until I can learned about the turbo coupes.. Makes me kinda wonder why I see so many Aero coupes, (still haven't seen one in person). But haven't seen any turbo coupes. Now I'm have to compare numbers and see which car was produced more etc.

Depends on which Aerocoupe one would consider as rare, the 86 model with 200 units produced or 87 with 6052 made.

Along with the rare turbo V6, there were also a few V6 and V8 diesels offered in Montes in the early '80s... but understandably, no one wants to talk about them!
