My new project
Mkk so Kayla got rid of her old truck (I've posted pics before but I'm gonna make anotehr thread about how it ended up later) & got a new one. So now I get to work on another Dakota. Here are some pics I took of it the other night after she got her windows tinted. It's a 2005 SLT 2WD

Got lotssss of mods already planned for this Dakota. I guess this could be the thread for it where I post pics of the progress and what not. First thing that is going to be done (hopefully): painted to match the red of the body front bumper, grille, and back bumper; black painted step rails on the side---we wanna get rid of the chrome (& that dumb plastic on the front!) so she can do her "black" theme again. I gotta convince her to get rid of those chrome back badges too or at least get black overlays for them or something

Thanks! Kayla was my co-worker at the clinic before I quit. She didn't get the point of modding cars but then as we hung out more she started to like it & asked me to help mod her truck and now we are pretty good friends (although we butt heads A LOT! but she's like 3 years younger then me so that may be why)

Mkk so I did an indepth look into the potential of kayla's truck and I have an epic idea...but it's risky and is one of those that could be absolutely amazing or it could totally flop. Soooo I need someone to do me an enormous favor on here who is good with photoshop. It's not really that hard of a photoshopping project but I just suck at photoshop nowadays bcuz I can't remember how to use it at all! If anyone on here is interested in doing this idea for me pleaseee lemme know bcuz I need to get this done soon so we know that this is the way to go in the future or not

I think its a good looking truck. It reminds me of the one owned by a team mate of mine (back when I was part of a race team in '05). Kayla's looks just like it. He's bought it brand new. He was eager to test it out when he got and was going to pull the car trailer. I helped him back up, then went back into the shop to fool around or grab a beer or something. He seemed to get it hooked up okay, but when we locked up the shop we noticed the the trucks front wheels were not even on the ground!
