I'm a detailer... so the first thing I notice is that your car has a ton of oxidized paint on it. Second, the paint is raw (totally unprotected). Your car looks nice, but it's appearance could be improved1000% very easily. You can do it yourself, or take it to a professional and the most it will cost you is $300, but most detail shops are around a $100. Remember, you get what you pay for... Someone that charges $300 is going to make your car look the best it possibly can. The guy that charges $100, is going to put a good wax job on it.

It would take all day, but I could make your car shine like GLASS, only problem, you're about 2,500-miles away.

Not a sig... just what I see Frinken's car would look like if the paint was leveled and detailed, with a set of chrome wheels

Oh... I know that paint color and when it is detailed.... WOW! It looks incredible!!! The Sun changes it into about 5 shades and it looks almost like a Candy Cherry!

The paint actually isn't oxidized, it just needs a wax, BADLY. The magnesium chloride they use out here in Colorado ruines a good wax, but once i get it all detailed in the spring and such you'll see how well my car can look.

And btw, i love the photochop u did, but chome rims just aren't my thing

We all can't spend hours on the finish, but for those that do, the rewards are great.

Nice Monte. Not your average 5th generation Monte.

Craig,
Question my detailing skills if ya like but I don't see where you're coming from on this car?

I see a wet car on an overcast day. Sure being wet is going to ADD shine to the car. Being overcast is going to take AWAY shine. No one's car looks good on an overcast day.

Depending on the camera, settings, and lightused can take away detail.

I see a better paint job on this car.

It is the waterthat is on his car,how it is laying on his water, where it is lying on his car, and how it is running offhis carthat tells me that he has oxidized paint that is full of contaminants, that his finish is uneven, and that the majority of his car paint is unprotected.

Edited add: I am not picking on him or his car. In fact, detailed correctly, his car, with that particular paint, produces a killer shine.
