When did iron chef sell his old pots and pans? and when did they become a car part? and last but not least, is that elderbok street legal?! at least its used to taking open flame, so we know it can handle engine temps!

Investigation.
Upon completion of investigation, if owner is found
guility of violations
We confiscate their Monteand transfer it to a loving owner.
We work covertly.
We are in constant Search for Abused Monte's.
Several prior owners are now walking.

That poor poor car. I feel so bad for it. It is definitely unloved and unappreciated, poor baby.
