Fuel pump relay or fuse?

Fuel pump relay or fuse?
Hi...I am a brand new 1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS owner...and I have never owned a GM product before, so I'm attempting to school myself on a few things.
The car doesn't run right now, but I have that tracked down to sitting for a LONG time and fuel breakdown...the fuel pump may be faulty.
I just need to find the location of either the fuel pump relay or the fuel pump fuse...also is there a test lead for the fuel pump?
I have a manual ordered from Helm and it's on the way, so I'll be able to RTFM soon...but you guys hopefully can help before that happens (I need the car to go back and forth to work).
Thanks in advance for your help.

RE: Fuel pump relay or fuse?
Got the tank dropped and it looks like both the sending unit and the pump are pretty cankered up.
I'll get the pump out and replace, and try to un-stick the sending unit.
The one line nut (feed line?) was a total pain in the a$$ to try and get loose...
The car looks great, it's only got 56,xxx miles on it. Pics later after it's running and I get it cleaned up.

RE: Fuel pump relay or fuse?
Quite awhile...best case scenario 1 year, worst case 2.5 years. The tag on the car dates from January 2007...but it was never cranked while it sat up.
At least about 6-8 gallons appear to still be in liquid form, but it's getting poured out into the lawnmower and fresh is going in.
