Chevrolet bringing the Monte Carlo back?
Is there any talk of Chevrolet ever bringing the Monte Carlo back? I wonder what it would look like? I am a fan of the mid size to large two door sedans. The new Chevy SS is stout but I don't know if it comes in a two door model. I like the new Camaro for sure but would love to see something like the Chevelle or Monte Carlo size back in the line up. I wonder if anything like that is on the horizon?

If they Ever bring back the Monte, this should be the starting point for the concept. Big Trunk, Long Doors, and an Engine compartment that can hold a big six cylinder to a Small block V8. Those lines also have to be there. These are the things that make a Monte a Monte. The Malibu is not really a Malibu, the Chevelle was a VW Rabbit with Chevy Emblems, the Camaro Is On The money, BUT Chrysler has the Charger and Challenger, at they both work. The Monte was always a Mid Performance car, not in the same Class as the Camaro. If they Ever Rebirth the Monte, I just hope the do the Monte Carlo Name and Styling JUSTICE!

They should bring it back but it must have these signature Monte Carlo components: lines on the side, the signature tail lights, roomy trunk, and it needs to be able to tell that its a Monte Carlo from all the years. I also think they should have a big v6 for the regular models, and need to have some performance packages like the SS with a big v8.
